Cre8 Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Cre8 Studio for your creative and event needs. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all renters and their guests must read and agree to the following terms and conditions upon booking.

GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to All Rentals)

Assumption of Risk & Liability

All clients and guests enter and use Cre8 Studio at their own risk. Cre8 Studio, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that occur on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, falls, equipment mishandling, or personal property damage.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cre8 Studio and its affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the space, including third-party claims related to injury, property damage, or misuse.

Damages

The renter is financially responsible for any damage to the property, equipment, furniture, or fixtures caused during the rental period, whether intentional or accidental. A fee will be assessed based on the cost of repair or replacement.

Property & Equipment Usage

All equipment and furniture must be used with care and returned to its original condition and position. Do not use any studio equipment for purposes not intended by the manufacturer or without prior permission.

Children

Children be supervised at all times. Cre8 Studio is not liable for any injuries to unsupervised minors.

Security & Surveillance

For the safety of all guests, the studio is monitored by security cameras in public/common areas. By entering the premises, you consent to video surveillance.

CONTENT ROOM RENTALS

The content room is to be used solely for photo, video, podcasting, or other creative production purposes.

No more than 4 individuals are allowed in the room during the rental time unless previously approved.

Lighting equipment and props must be handled with care and returned to their original positions.

Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, open flames, or any materials that can cause damage or excessive cleanup are strictly prohibited.

FULL VENUE RENTALS

Full venue rentals include access to the content room, meeting areas, and designated event space.

The renter is responsible for the conduct of all attendees and any vendors contracted.

Alcohol is not permitted in this facility.

Events must end by the agreed time to avoid overtime fees.

All trash must be removed or placed in designated bins.

CLEANING

You must clean the venue and return all props, furniture, and equipment to where it was upon arrival. If the studio is left in poor condition, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATIONS

All studio bookings are non-refundable. You can receive studio credits to reuse your time paid for.

Studio & Venue bookings 3+ hours:

A $300 deposit is required at booking

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event

Deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is allowed; please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule.

NO-SHOWS

No refunds will be issued for no shows. You can receive a studio credit.

GRACE PERIOD

Your appointment starts promptly at the time of booking. Please take into account any setup needed. There is a 15-minute grace period past your appointment end time. If you extend past 15 minutes you will be charged for the additional studio time.

ESCALATIONS

If there are any issues with the studio or your booking, please send an email to escalations@letuscre8.com, and we will get back with you regarding your concern.

Faith-Based Values Policy Statement

Cre8 Content Studio is a private, faith-based entity organized under Tennessee State Law and operating in alignment with the beliefs and teachings of Christianity. As a faith-based organization, we reserve the right to uphold policies and practices consistent with our sincerely held religious beliefs, including those regarding marriage, sexuality, and gender.

We are committed to treating all individuals with dignity and respect, and we strive to foster an environment rooted in love, compassion, and truth. Where our religious convictions may differ from cultural or societal norms, we ask for mutual respect and understanding.

In accordance with applicable laws and religious liberty protections, our practices and policies are designed to preserve the integrity of our faith mission while complying with all governing legal requirements.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

By providing your payment information and completing a purchase, you (the “Client”) authorize Cre8 to charge the credit card or debit card provided for the agreed-upon amount of goods and/or services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All charges are non-refundable except as stated in Cre8’s refund policy.
  2. You are the authorized cardholder or have legal authorization to use the payment method provided.
  3. Charges may include one-time payments or recurring payments, depending on the service agreement or subscription plan selected.
  4. If a payment method is declined or fails, Cre8 may attempt to process the payment again and/or suspend services until payment is successfully completed.
  5. Any disputes or chargebacks must first be communicated in writing to Cre8 before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company.

By submitting your payment information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms.

LATE FEE

If your event extends more than 30 minutes past the scheduled end time, an overtime fee may be applied.
